27/04 - 09/04/2008 - time is flying, the puppies are already four weeks old since Sunday and they had their first lesson from “Aunty Lucy” in how to play like a Cocker Spaniel.

We also tried to take some individual pictures on Sunday but not all puppies agreed to play Ball:) They where just as tired from the weekend as I was and so I decided to re-do some of the pictures on Monday. Monday came and I received a phone call from school to let me know that our son Phillip had injured his Knee and needed some stitches down at the Hospital - and Monday went.
We do not want to withold the few pictures that actually turned out well so here they come. We shall try again at the end of the week maybe.

02/05/2008 - Hurray, the puppies have moved into “Villa Caprilli” and into their outside run. This is the time I most enjoy as it is wonderful to see how their confidence grows day by day whilst they are making good use of the facilities outside. As usual “Auntie Lucy” is playing a vital role to their adjustment to the outside world that will be a little less sheltered than our own premises.

Out here we have the cross tunnel, a sandbox, different types of floor, a lot of wood to climb over, the kennel and of course the famous “Ball Pit”, not to forget “Villa Caprilli” with some bedding made of Tea bag off cuts which they absolutely love. A safe environment that still provides the little once with many challenges.

I had a terrible cold this week and the stewarded at the British Dalmatian Club show today so there was very little time for taking pictures and working on them so they could actually be published but we promise that we will be back with many pictures next week!
