Higgins was born in the UK sometime in June 1992. Apparently he was bred by a Ferrier and was also K.C. registered but we never saw a pedigree. We took him to us at around 14 weeks of age as his previous owner could not deal with him. He was what we called our therapeutic dog:)) A soft and soppy couch potato which mutated to a real dog once he was outdoors. Digging deep holes and chasing rabbits, raking trough the waste bins and barking mad if he thinks he needed protection from strangers. He liked to spent endless hours on everybody’s lap, snoring as if he could win a prize. He had a great life and spend over fifteen years on our site. Farewell little man.
