10/11/2007 - Today Tegan - Caprilli’s Guardian Angel won the Puppy class, went BPIB and proceeded to gain a third place in the Puppy Group.
09/11/2007 - Today we had to let our “little man Higgins” go. He was part of our life’s for over 15 years. He will be greatly missed by all of us.
03/11/2007 - Well what can I say other than Caprilli’s Glockenspiel did it again. At today’s puppy and junior contest of the Finish Dalmatian Club she won the Minor bitch puppy class and then proceeded to beat the older puppy girl to a BOS Puppy!
This is what judge Paula Rekiranta had to say:
Excellent well balanced bitch puppy, excellent proportion of body. Good profile of head. I'd prefer a bit more depth of muzzle. Extremely beautiful and dark eyes. Excellent neck. Tight, well balanced body and excellent angulations behind. Excellent bones and feet. Spotting could be tidier. Excellent, easy flowing movement, totally parallel. Lovely and lively temperament.
Also Dru - Caprilli’s Elfin Isadora came to visit so we took some more pictures which are now in her Gallery.
28/10/2007 - Today Monty’s daughter “Tilley” came to visit us and we used the opportunity to take some more pictures. The weather was terrible so please forgive some minor imperfections.

21/10/2007 - The good news keep coming from Finland - Caprilli’s Glockenspiel did it this time for Judge Matti Luoso at the show in Turko by going BOS Puppy. Well done Mia for showing her in such great condition.
Here is her critique which was translated from Finish:
Excellent type, very good proportion of body, nice head and correct bite, marvelous and extremely dark eyes, excellent neck, bones and feet, excellent body, excellent angels behind, could wish for slightly stronger angels in front, great movement and temperament.

27/09/2007 - Lucy’s 2nd DNA test result arrived today. We sent her DNA off to Antagene in France and she is FN normal homozygous which means that she will never develop this deadly disease nor can she pass it on to her offspring.
26/09/2007 - Today the good news are straight from home. We had Lucy’s DNA test results back from the USA - She is Optigen A1 (normal/clear) which means that she will never develop the prcd form of PRA (progressive rod-cone degeneration form of Progressive Retinal Atrophy). So far, the only inherited PRA disease known in Cocker Spaniels is the prcd form of PRA.
22/09/2007 - Good news from Bulgaria where Caprilli’s Glenmorangie was able to gain a BoB Puppy and a BIS Puppy 3 at an all breed show. Congratulations to Tanya Arangelova, his owner.
16/09/2007 - Today I finally managed to update the Monty/Rimini Gallery.
15/09/2007 - Caprilli’s Glockenspiel did it again. BoB Puppy for judge Paula Rekiranta with a great critique:
Extremely well developed and well-balanced female puppy, who has excellent proportion of body. Good head, beautiful expression, does fly her ears a little at the moment. Glamorous neck, good topline. Excellent strength of bones, good paws. Strong, tight body. Good parallels movement. Very Promising puppy.
08/09/2007 - This time the good news are coming from Germany where Monty’s son - Wyk vom Scheibenholz gained a first place in Junior class with CAC and his daughter Wichita a third, also in Junior Class.
02/09/2007 - Fantastic news from Finland. Caprilli’s Glockenspiel went BIS Pupppy and then proceeded to go BIS over the adults as well. At only 4.5 months of age she took BIS at the all breed Match show in Lahti. Needless to say that we are incredibly proud.
02/09/2007 - Monty’s son Wyk vom Scheibenholz did it again. First place in Junior class with CAC. This third CAC at only his fourth show gained him the German Junior Champion title.

26/08/2007 - Monty’s Son Kykado Alborn gained his third Junior CAC and is now Dutch Junior Champion. Huge congratulations to his breeders and owners! It only took three shows!
15/08/2007 - Excellent News from Finland - Caprilli’s Glockenspiel was able to gain a second place in the puppy class (4-12 months) at todays Match show with over 100 entries in her class alone.
13/08/07 - Today we where finally able to collect our little “Lucy” who is already causing chaos here. Caprilli’s Gliding On Ice - “Ben” has also joined us for his families holiday so he will be staying for a few weeks.

05/08/2007 - Today Caprilli’s Elfin Isadora was able to gain an excellent 2nd place in Junior and a 3rd in Yearling class at the British Dalmatian Club show under Peggy Pilgrim. She is therefore qualified to attend Crufts 2008.
Her critique:
2. Caprillis Elfin Isadora. Well grown junior in a larger cast than 1. Quite profuse, but evenly distributed liver spotting. Lovely neck carriage to firm topline. Good in fore chest with deep ribcage. Well muscled in hindquarters. Her beautiful flowing, correct movement gained her this second place in a very good class.
31/07/07 - We have received new pictures today!

21/07/2007 - We went to visit our little “Lucy” today who, with no doubt, will soon cause chaos at Caprilli.
17/07/07 - We are so sorry about the delay in the long promised update of our homepage. Here it finally is: The G-Litter has now moved to the “Litters” section of this page and all the G-Litter puppies have their own homepage.
07/07/2007 - A great day for Monty’s offspring in Germany - Wyk vom Scheibenholz gained a second place in the Junior dog class today with Res. CAC. His brother Wales was placed third in the same class. Waikiki vom Scheibenholz gained a second place in the Junior Bitches class again with Res. CAC and her sister Wichita gained a third place at the same show.

01/05/2007 - Today is a day of the most horrific scenario that I could have imagined. A terrible accident took our “Baby Monty” - Caprilli’s Cool As Ice JW from us. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has sent letters and e-mails with their condolences and particularly those that have sent in flowers for Monty. He meant so much to us but we could have never imagined that he touched so many people with his very kind and bouncy nature. Thank you - it has meant a lot to us.
30/04/2007 - Today Caprilli’s Fifteen Reasons flew to Germany. We are sure that Melanie Stuehler of “Smiling Fellow Dalmatians” will have plenty of fun with him. If all works out well he will be trained as a Search and Rescue Dog.

Crufts 2007 - we are proud to say that both our boys have done well at Crufts. Caprilli’s Don Giovanni received an excellent third place in the Special Yearling Class and Caprilli’s Cool As Ice JW was second in Mid-Limit Class. We had a great day out.

02.03.2007 - Today Sadie gave birth to six healthy girls and three healthy boys. Mum and puppies are doing fine and Sadie’s owners are very tired. More pictures of the puppies are available here.
27.02.2007 - Today Andrea sent new pictures from the Monty Offspring in Germany so we uploaded them right away. We also updated some of our home bred dogs.

24.02.2007 - Today we had our Caprilli get-together in the beautiful village of Trelleck which is situated between Monmouth and Chepstow. As usual the Landlady of the Lion Inn ( http://www.lioninn.co.uk ) has put in every effort to make us comfortable. To view the pictures click on the paw below.

17.02.2007 - We visited Sadie in Somerset today who looks very happy and content just two weeks before she is due to give birth.
08.02.2007 and 13/02/2007 - Jilloc’s Fancy me was mated by the Multi Champion Rocca Al Mare Congregare. Puppies are hopefully due around about the 12/04/2007 until the 15/02/2007.
05/02/2007 - Caprilli’s Cool As Ice JW mated Tyrodal Puma with Dallydyl. More about this very exiting combination on our return from the continent.

30/01/07 - Fancy has surprised as all and came into season much earlier than expected. We are hoping to mate her around about the 8th of February with puppies hopefully due around about the 12th of April. Click here for more information about the G-Litter
11/01/2007 - Excellent news from Belgium: Caprilli’s Cotton Candy was able win a second place for the bitches in the TOP DOG competition where all results are counted from the previous year. She achieved this with very limited showing! Thank you for presenting her so well Jean Pierre.
10/01/2007 - We have decided to go ahead with our plans for the G-Litter. Jilloc’s Fancy me at Millview will have her last litter after the Multi Champion Rocca Al Mare Congregare. More about this and a Pedigree for this exiting combination here. “Gregor” is not only the sire of our B-Litter born in 2003 but has sired some outstanding puppies throughout continental Europe.
